Digital Marketing Executive

V&C Associates have partnered with one of the UK's largest Real Estate Services for residential and commercial properties who are looking for a creative, data-driven Digital Marketer to join their growing team. In this role, you will plan, execute, and optimise multi-channel digital campaigns to increase brand awareness, generate high-quality leads, and support customer engagement. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with overall marketing goals and business objectives.

This is a remote position with frequent trips to the head offices based in London and Manchester.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, manage, and optimise digital marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM, email, social media, and display advertising.
  • Take ownership of website management, ensuring content is up to date, user experience is optimised, and performance is continually improved.
  • Manage website platforms (WordPress) including regular updates, page creation, and landing page optimisation.
  • Analyse and report on campaign and website performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Apollo, Salesfinity or similar.
  • Create engaging content for digital channels including web, social, blogs, and email marketing.
  • Conduct keyword research, optimise on-page/off-page SEO, and oversee backlink strategies.
  • Execute paid media strategies (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads) with focus on ROI and lead generation.
  • Support lead nurturing workflows and customer lifecycle campaigns.
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to produce creative assets for campaigns.
  • Stay current with digital marketing trends, algorithm changes, and industry developments.

Key requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar digital marketing role (3–5 years).
  • Hands-on experience managing and maintaining websites, preferably using CMS platforms like WordPress and Shopify.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, Apollo, SEMrush, Ahrefs).
  • Analytical mindset with excellent reporting and insights capabilities.
  • Strong copywriting and editing skills for digital content.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile environment.
  • Proven experience of effective use AI tools.
  • Google Ads or HubSpot certifications.
  • Experience in B2B tech or SaaS industries.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and ABM strategies.
