We’re looking for a Retail Assistant who will be the face of our business, delivering exceptional customer service for Defence on a permanent casual basis, contracted to 0 hours per week. Your Key Responsibilities:

1. Serving customers, ensuring they receive an easy and seamless personalised experience.
2. Being knowledgeable about our service and helping customers with natural, engaging service.
3. Representing Defence and maintaining a positive brand image.
4. Handling cash and operating the cash register.
5. Complying with Health and Safety regulations.
