  4. Utilise data analysis techniques to define problems, uncover opportunities, and support data-driven decision-making. Present findings in a clear and actionable manner.
  5. Translate business needs into detailed technical and non-technical requirements, ensuring that solutions meet stakeholder expectations and align with strategic objectives.
  6. Work with cross-functional teams, including developers and project managers, to implement effective solutions that address identified business needs.
  7. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business requirements documents, functional specifications, user stories, and process flows.
  8. Assist in the development and execution of test plans to ensure that solutions meet requirements and deliver the expected outcomes. Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and gather feedback for iterative improvements.
  9. Promote a culture of continuous improvement by identifying and implementing best practices, staying abreast of industry trends, and proactively seeking opportunities for innovation.

About You:

  1. You’re an enthusiastic self-starter – keen to help transform the way organisations develop their people.
  2. You value inclusivity, being supportive and respectful of others.
  3. You are open to change and take a collaborative approach to challenges.
  4. You strive for excellence and have high expectations of yourself and others.

Experience and Skills:
