EQUANS are recruiting for a Performance Manager to be based in Oldham. This is a full-time fixed term contract for 6 months working 37 hours per week. On offer is a salary of up to £52,000 doe, car allowance, bonus and benefits package.

General Overview

This is a key role on the Manchester City Council Housing contract with a specific focus on driving performance within the teams.

This person will have the skillset to identify where lack of performance is occurring and the solution required to resolve. Utilising the EQUANS policy and procedures and exploring the need to develop staff where required this will ensure that the right steps are being taken, to resolve lack of performance.

This is a full time position reporting directly to the Partnership Director and working closely with the senior management team, key support functions such as HR and Health and Safety to support achieving an improved performance culture.

Key Accountabilities

  • Quality check the utilisation of EQUANS Policy and Procedures across the contract.
  • Monitoring client Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) and identifying improvements required where failures occur
  • Ensuring that Sickness, Conduct and Performance issues are tracked start to finish working with the teams to take the relevant actions.
  • Identify development needs within staff and working with Learning & Development to identify training requirements.
  • Monitoring the performance of line management and staff across the contract.
  • Identifying any Key Improvements needed to improve the culture and service delivery of the contract.
  • Reporting the status of the above requirements on a regular basis to the Partnership Director and the Senior Management team.
  • Sharing progress updates with the Client.
  • Undertake any other duties as may be reasonably expected at this level.
  • All EQUANS policy and procedures are implemented and utilised efficiently.
  • Improved staff satisfaction.
  • Improved client satisfaction and improved service delivery (KPI’s).
  • Supporting an improved and performance driven culture.
