Retail Assistant Position

Brand Warriors and Tribe are the preferred staffing agency for an iconic fragrance brand. The festive season is fast approaching, and we are live with exciting in-store fragrance consultant campaigns that are taking place in various Boots stores in West Yorkshire.

When: Starting Immediately - End of December 2024 (flexible)

Rates: From £13.50 per hour + commission

Retail Assistant - Role

Are you passionate about the art of fragrance? Do you have a nose for excellence and the ability to help others find their perfect scent? We are seeking initiative-taking Fragrance Consultants / Sales Assistants / Brand Ambassadors / Retail Assistants / Beauty Advisors / Beauty Consultants that are sales driven, customer focused, and have a passion for fragrance to join our Tribe!

Retail Assistant - Key aspects of the role

1. Provide a welcoming, authentic customer service to consumers whilst traffic stopping, building rapport, and establishing their needs.
2. A team player.
3. Becoming a product expert whilst possessing fantastic product knowledge to assist your customer in finding their perfect fragrance.
4. Striving to achieve sales targets.
5. Link and upselling.
6. Closing sales.

Retail Assistant - The ideal candidate

1. Passionate and ambitious.
2. Positive and optimistic.
3. Experience working in retail or sales.
4. Experience working in fragrance and beauty is an advantage but not a must.
5. Sales driven.
6. Enthusiastic about beauty and fragrance.
