About Our Client

Our client is a reputable small charity based in London.

Job Description

  1. Audit planning - plan audit strategy
  2. Q3 VAT returns
  3. December and January management accounts (including Salesforce and bank accounts reconciliation, accounting journals entry, and spreadsheet preparation)
  4. Follow up with Barclays regarding fraudulent transactions
  5. Review Sage transactions, check and post created sales invoices - weekly on Thursday
  6. Sage backup - daily
  7. Payment run

The Successful Applicant

A successful Director of Finance should have:

  1. An ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualification
  2. Proven experience within the Not For Profit sector
  3. Ability to hit the ground running with minimal handover
  4. Superb leadership and team management skills - you will have 1 direct report
  5. Excellent analytical and strategic planning abilities
