About Our Client
Our client is a reputable small charity based in London.
Job Description
- Audit planning - plan audit strategy
- Q3 VAT returns
- December and January management accounts (including Salesforce and bank accounts reconciliation, accounting journals entry, and spreadsheet preparation)
- Follow up with Barclays regarding fraudulent transactions
- Review Sage transactions, check and post created sales invoices - weekly on Thursday
- Sage backup - daily
- Payment run
The Successful Applicant
A successful Director of Finance should have:
- An ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualification
- Proven experience within the Not For Profit sector
- Ability to hit the ground running with minimal handover
- Superb leadership and team management skills - you will have 1 direct report
- Excellent analytical and strategic planning abilities
