Job description

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent.
Salary: Competitive Salary, Depending on Experience & Exam Performance.
Location: Warrington WA1.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 16:30.

About The Role:
This role requires excellent organisation, computer and time management skills, and some experience within the customer service industry communicating via face-to-face, email and telephone would be beneficial.
The successful candidate will be enrolled onto full AAT level 2, 3, 4 qualifications, including at minimum, weekly college sessions to prepare for exams, so an interest in accountancy is essential.
As you progress within your qualifications, plenty of opportunity for further development and responsibility is provided.

Basic Duties & Responsibilities Include:

  1. Sage Line 50 Data – inputting, reconciliations, imports and exports
  2. Sales ledger – printing, reviewing and reconciling
  3. Purchase ledger – price checking, matching, inputting and querying with suppliers
  4. Ad hoc office duties (printing, scanning, filing)
  5. Inbound and outbound phone calls
