Fully Remote Conveyancer Role – Competitive Salary & Lucrative Bonus Opportunity

We are excited to represent a leading national conveyancing team in their search for a fully remote conveyancer to join their dynamic workforce. The ideal candidate will be responsible for independently managing a caseload of approximately 100 files, covering a wide range of transactions such as freehold, leasehold, new build, unregistered, and shared ownership properties.

In addition to a competitive salary and an attractive benefits package, this role offers an outstanding bonus scheme of up to £15,000, with most fee earners typically earning £10,000+ annually in bonuses.

Key Responsibilities:

The successful Conveyancer will handle a diverse portfolio of residential conveyancing transactions, including freehold, leasehold, new build, unregistered, and shared ownership properties. There will be opportunities to expand your caseload based on performance and progress.

Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and financial analysis skills.
• Ability to manage workloads effectively, meet deadlines, and thrive under pressure.
• Experience mentoring junior team members.
• Familiarity with Visual Files and Practice Manager systems.
