Job description
You are responsible for the hiring of internal and external applicants.
Sourcing applicants using social media and other databases.
You are responsible for filtering through candidates and conducting interviews.
Responsible for on-boarding of new hires to be fully integrated.
Act as representative of ALV Services and promote our core values.
Requirements
- Work-from-home setup.
- Laptop/Desktop personal computer.
- Minimum 6 months of recruiting experience.
- Experience in posting on job sites like Indeed, Totaljobs, Reed, etc.
- Proficient in all MS Office packages, and Adobe.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in delivering different types of the selection process for candidates (phone interview, social media interview, video interview).
- BS/MS in Human Resource Management.
