The Role

As a Director, you will play a key role in shaping client strategies, offering strategic insights, and providing proactive counsel to board and senior management teams. You will maintain C-Suite relationships and confidently initiate and manage the strategic direction of communications for PLCs and private companies looking to list.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Build and maintain strong, strategic relationships with C-Suite executives.
2. Lead and provide input on communication strategies that align with clients' broader business objectives.
3. Formulate and articulate investment cases for listed companies across various sectors.
4. Collaborate with Senior Leadership to optimise opportunities for the business.
5. Mentor junior colleagues and foster team development.
6. Negotiate fee agreements and maintain profitable yet high-standard client relationships.
