Solution Architect - Salesforce Financial Services Cloud Architect

Right now, we are looking for Solution Architect - Salesforce Financial Services Cloud Architect to join our team at Globant!

Skills and experience:

1. Possesses a broad and deep technical knowledge of Salesforce Financial Services Cloud and its associated data model (5+ years)
2. Knowledge and experience of product capabilities, understanding when to use configuration rather than custom code (minimizing the code used)
3. Able to gather high-level business requirements in a Pre-Sales environment, and convert this into costed Client proposals.
4. Ability to run and support Client facing Design workshops
5. Strong listening, communication, and presentation soft skills
6. Contribute to the Solution and Technical Design (including the associated documentation)
7. Specifying integrations required for core Banking Systems
8. Full project lifecycle experience on Salesforce Banking Transformation Programmes (a minimum of 2 major programmes)
9. Willing to share knowledge and best practices with team members; and to develop team members
10. Worked within the community of Global Systems Integrators, including projects using nearshore and offshore resources, for at least 4 years
11. Industry experience in the Retail Banking Sector (4+ years) including mortgages (B2B & B2C); able to lead our Financial Services Cloud Delivery Practice and support the Pre-Sales and Delivery Teams in the pursuit and execution of work.
12. Professional experience for 12-15+ years and as a leader for at least 8 years
13. Salesforce experience for 10 years
