We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Senior Contracts Engineer to lead our customer service team at the Rotork Factory in Chadderton. As a key member of our dynamic team, you will ensure the highest level of customer service, manage key customer relationships, and drive continuous improvement across our service delivery operations.

Qualifications

Experience Requirements:

  • Have experience of working in a customer service focused environment
  • Be able to demonstrate commercial awareness or have a background in Customer Service
  • Successful in managing teams

  • Has good communication skills and is customer focused
  • Ability to build strong relationships with customers and other internal departments to ensure customer requirements are met to the full
