Our client is a market-leading B2B construction services company with a well-established network of branches across the UK. In order to take advantage of new market opportunities, the company is currently expanding its Sales Team and is looking for a number of experienced Sales Directors with strong account management and new business development experience to help drive their exciting growth strategy nationwide.
Reporting to the National Sales Director, the successful candidates will manage a personal sales portfolio, fostering long-term customer relationships by understanding their needs and ensuring exceptional levels of customer service are delivered throughout the sales process. Targeting regional and local contractors, you will identify and secure new sales opportunities, personally leading bids, proposals, and presentations and building strategic partnerships to drive high-level sales. A proven history of success selling tools, equipment, and related support services into the UK construction industry is key for these roles, which will be home-based, in key areas throughout the UK.
