360 Energy Recruitment Consultant X3 - Renewables Division / Industrial Division / Power & Grid.

That’s why we are seeking X3 360 Consultants to join our Renewable Energy team / Industrial / Power & Grid division in our Bromley office.

Key Responsibilities include:

1. Collaborate with international hiring teams to understand our global staffing requirements and formulate strategic recruitment plans.
2. Source, engage, and recruit top-tier talent within the relevant sector.
3. Conduct thorough interviews, assess candidates' skills, and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
4. Oversee the entire 360-degree recruitment process, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and our global clients.
5. Serve as the authority on industry trends, emerging talents, and global recruitment best practices.

Skills/Requirements:

1. Experience as a 360 Contract Recruiter, with a proven track record of success - ideally with a focus on roles within the relevant sector.
2. Strong understanding of the energy/engineering sector and its talent landscape.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
