Job Title: Complex Carer (Part-Time)
Location: Slough
Salary: £16 - £18 per hour
Hours: Part-Time, 7 Days a Week

Job Overview:
We are looking for a compassionate and experienced Complex Carer to provide high-quality, person-centered care to a client with complex needs in Slough. This is a part-time role with shifts available across 7 days a week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care, including assistance with washing, dressing, and toileting.

  • Administer medication and monitor health conditions.

  • Support with mobility and physical therapy exercises.

  • Assist with meal preparation and feeding if required.

  • Engage in companionship and emotional support.

  • Work closely with family members and healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care.

  • Maintain accurate care records and adhere to care plans.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in complex care is essential.

  • NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care (preferred).

  • Experience with PEG feeding, tracheostomy care, catheter care, or ventilator support (if applicable).

  • A caring, patient, and reliable nature.

  • Right to work in the UK.

  • Willingness to undergo DBS checks.
