Recruit with Purpose are supporting a Housing Association in London who are looking for a Business Change Lead who will take the steer on guiding this Housing Association through their exciting transformation journey.

They are dedicated to supporting individuals across South London who need a home. We take pride in offering safe, affordable housing and delivering reliable, local services to our customers.

As their Business Change Lead, you will be at the forefront of driving our Change Management strategy and playing a pivotal role in transforming this HA. You'll help enhance their organisation’s capacity to manage and embrace change effectively.

This role is going to be a 18 month FTC with the possibility of it going for longer due to the nature of the role.

What You’ll Be Doing:

1. Lead the integration of the Change Board into their governance framework.
2. Shape and implement our approach to change management across the organization.
3. Take ownership of turning our change priorities into tangible results, delivering outcomes quickly and effectively.

What You’ll Bring:

1. Proven experience in change management is essential.
2. Comfortable working in environments where structure may be fluid, and scope may evolve.
3. Solution-oriented, with the confidence to advocate for implementation.
4. Strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to unite teams to collaboratively define the way forward.
5. Able to manage multiple projects, programmes, and tasks with varying levels of complexity and urgency.
6. Experience working in cross-functional teams on projects or programmes involving organizational change at various scales.
