ULaw has undergone incredible growth and diversification over the last 5 years. To meet our ambitious strategic aims, ULaw has embarked on a major transformation programme. This role will facilitate the achievement of the Organisational Design strand of the CORDS Transformation Programme, which also includes implementation of the new student information system and associated integrations.
Fixed term 10 month contract, working remotely (within the UK). We are looking for somebody who is available immediately to start on or before 12th May 2025.
Reporting to the Director of Organisational Development, you will partner with senior leaders, acting as a trusted advisor on organisational change, employee relations, and talent management. You will provide expert guidance on role design, team structures, and working practices while ensuring best practice and compliance with policies and employment legislation.
