ABOUT THE JOB

We are looking for a Supply Chain Assistant to join our growing, dynamic brand. In this role, you will support with the day-to-day supply chain requirements of the business, ensuring time management and communication are the forefront of all tasks. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams (think e-commerce, 3PL, Commercial, NPD) to ensure product information and stock orders are created in a timely manner to support the growing business requirements.

The ideal candidate will have an understanding of supply chain workings, logistics and product data. You’ll have a proven ability to prioritise business needs and maintain a clear and proactive approach to communication both internally and externally.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

You will be responsible for:

  • Keeping the product Master Data up to date at all times with new products, INCs, bundles, set components, Finished Goods components, prices, and shipping data.
  • Creating new product SKUs & various EANs and loading them to the business ERP to support the NPD, supply chain and ecommerce teams.
  • Sales Order management not limited to our wholesale retail partners, PR partner and internal teams. Ensuring deadlines are adhered to and key stakeholders are kept informed, investigating with the warehouse any discrepancies on deliveries.
  • Keeping close to our freight forwarders, manufacturers and 3PL warehouse ensuring delivery deadlines are met, creating booking slots and inbound stock is booked in by the warehouse in line with SLAs.
  • Purchase Order and Work Order integration responsibility with our 3PL, agreeing costs and timeframes.
  • Support inventory management of the business, working with VIEVE Supply Chain and 3PL teams to investigate and align systems as needed.
  • Participation in internal and external meetings and provide updates on Supply Chain activities to the business.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Previous experience, preferably in the beauty industry, is highly desirable.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills.
  • Advanced skills using Microsoft packages such as Excel and Outlook.

  • Highly organised, able to prioritise workload and enjoy working on multiple projects at the same time.

  • Available to commute to central London at least twice per week.
