Established in 1961, Clearview Cleaning Services has been keeping schools, surgeries & work premises clean and as our business continues to grow, we are looking for more cleaners to join our growing team.

Job Title: Cleaning Team Leader

Location: Venns Lane, Hereford HR1 1DT

Hours: 14.75 hours per week

Days: Monday to Friday

Times: Monday – Thursday 4.00-7.00pm & Friday 4.00-6.45pm

Rate of pay: £12.00 p/h (rising to £12.76 in April)

This position will be moving to Grandstand Road, Hereford around September 2025

Recognising that our staff are our biggest asset, we train and support our cleaners and team leaders to achieve their best, which in turn makes for happy clients.

While we would prefer applicants for this position to have some previous cleaning and supervisory experience, we’d still like to hear from applicants who are just starting out in this area of work, or considering their first supervisory position.

The general duties you will be expected to complete are:

1. Cleaning & restocking bathroom/toilet areas
2. Emptying bins & disposing of rubbish
3. Monitoring cleaning standards across the school
4. Maintain stock levels & orders
5. Support cleaning team & foster a positive working environment
6. Locking up the building
