Role Description

This is a freelancer based vacancy for a Business Development Manager located in Coventry. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, developing growth strategies, and implementing sales and marketing plans to drive revenue and expand the company's market presence.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or related field
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
  • Knowledge of sales and marketing strategies
  • Experience in IT services, HR, or healthcare industry is a plus

Commission: 20%-30% of the invoice amount on the deal for every client landed.
