Outsourcing Assistant Manager – Essex – Top 40 Firm

Outsourcing Assistant Manager Responsibilities:

1. Reviewing management accounts, primarily on Xero
2. Bookkeeping, monitoring cashflow, and preparing VAT returns
3. Assisting in setting up procedures for new companies and addressing client queries
4. Liaising with clients and the outsourcing payroll team
5. Overseeing a team of bookkeepers and VAT advisors

As an Outsourcing Assistant Manager, you will:

1. Be AAT, ACA or ACCA Qualified, or equivalent
2. Have over 4 years’ experience of preparing or reviewing management accounts and complex bookkeeping assignments
3. Be the first point of contact for a portfolio of management accounts clients
4. Demonstrate the ability to supervise and develop a team of staff
