About the Role

This growing company is seeking a passionate and enthusiastic individual with a keen interest in the finance industry, who can guide customers on how their product can enhance their results. You need to enjoy writing and producing content across various formats including content, video, and webinars.

Key Responsibilities

Primary Duties:

Develop educational content tailored to various audiences, using diverse formats (e.g., written content, videos, webinars, and audio).
Produce and distribute content across multiple platforms (e.g., our website, YouTube).
Effectively communicate the product's technical advantages by offering clear customer solutions.
Customize educational materials to fit different audience segments, based on their investment experience and needs.
Support the customer’s learning journey from onboarding through to long-term engagement.
Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to seamlessly integrate educational content into newsletters, email campaigns, social media, and in-app experiences.
Propose new content ideas and educational opportunities that align with business goals.
Utilize data insights to optimize content strategy, prioritizing topics and formats that promote customer success.
