We are currently recruiting an experienced Finance Assistant to join our client, a well-established business within the Wolverhampton area. As a Finance Assistant, you will be faced with a range of duties to contribute to the smooth running of the company.

Main job responsibilities (not limited to):

1. Assisting with credit control.
2. Posting sales & purchase invoices.
3. Posting bank payments and receipts.
4. Bank control account reconciliations.
5. Dealing with queries in relation to the sales and purchase ledgers.
6. Maintaining financial records such as petty cash, fixed asset register, credit card expenses, etc.
7. Updating SAGE software.

Person specification:

1. Confident with SAGE.
2. Experience in all areas of Bookkeeping required.
3. Strong attention to detail.
4. Ability to work in a team.
