Conveniently located just a short walk from the town centre and train station, we offer excellent rail links for easy commuting.

Role Overview: We are seeking a friendly and professional Dental Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring their experience at our practice is welcoming and seamless.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Greeting and welcoming patients upon arrival.
2. Managing patient appointments and scheduling.
3. Handling phone calls, emails, and patient inquiries.
4. Maintaining patient records with confidentiality and accuracy.
5. Assisting with patient check-in and check-out processes.
6. Coordinating with dental staff to ensure smooth operations.
7. Managing billing and payments.
8. Performing general administrative tasks to support the practice.

Requirements:

1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
3. Previous experience in a reception or administrative role (dental/healthcare experience preferred but not essential).
4. Proficiency in using computer systems and office software.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. A friendly, approachable demeanour and a commitment to providing excellent patient care.
