OVERVIEW

As Chapel’s Junior Project & Account Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the coordination and completion of all projects on time, within budget and to scope, across one/two of our tech clients. Working alongside a Project & Account Manager, you must be able to navigate a collaborative culture, motivating team members to uphold Chapel’s creative excellence and deliver client satisfaction.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Manage varying projects from proposal to delivery
  • Act as a point of contact for all clients and suppliers
  • Assign responsibilities to get the best out of every brief
  • Build proposals, estimates and timelines
  • Develop production schedules, organise shoots, and manage production teams
  • Manage budget trackers and monitor progression
  • Organise Chapel’s Drive, ensuring all work is filed correctly
  • Liaise with clients regularly to maintain an efficient workflow
  • Identify and manage risks to ensure delivery is on time
  • Support and contribute to Chapel’s creative progression
KEY SKILLS
  • Exceptional organisational and interpersonal skills
  • An excellent knowledge of the creative process
  • A methodical and proactive approach to management
  • A sensitivity towards client/collaborator engagement
  • Literate and numerate with strong administration skills
  • Familiarity with financial and legal obligations
  • Confidence to present ideas clearly and concisely in/externally
  • Ability to multi-task within a fast-moving environment
  • Show initiative and decisiveness under pressure
  • Highly adaptable when faced with challenging situations
  • A natural ‘can do’ attitude and dedication to ALL projects
  • Some experience with live production is desirable

Initially, a 1 year fixed term contract. Reviewed at 9 months.
