Civil Operative

We are looking for a dedicated Civil Operative to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in civil construction projects and possess relevant certifications or licenses. Proficiency in operating heavy machinery and equipment, such as excavators, bulldozers, and dump trucks, is essential. Strong knowledge of safety protocols and regulations in the construction industry is required to ensure a safe working environment. The ability to interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and site plans accurately is crucial for executing construction tasks effectively. Effective communication and teamwork skills are necessary to collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other construction professionals. The candidate should demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a problem-solving attitude to overcome challenges on-site.
