Our client is an innovative healthcare start-up focused on delivering impactful solutions to healthcare professionals and we are looking a motivated individual to join our dynamic team and help drive brand success through effective virtual engagement.

Role Overview:

As a Virtual Account Manager, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality virtual sales calls to Retail Pharmacies & Dispensing Practices, aligned with brand strategy and goals. You will play a critical role in influencing customer behaviour, promoting our products and driving measurable business outcomes.

This role requires strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with HCPs and stakeholders in a virtual environment, delivering persuasive messages and booking follow-up interactions to build lasting partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct virtual calls to key customers in line with brand strategy, objectives, and compliance guidelines.
  • Engage customers with compelling reasons to adopt and utilize the promoted brand(s).
  • Proactively handle objections and secure follow-up appointments to enable sequential engagements.
  • Record call outcomes accurately in CRM systems, documenting feedback, agreed actions, and next steps.
  • Collaborate closely with the wider commercial team to ensure alignment and contribute to shared success metrics.
  • Maintain a high standard of call execution by utilizing influencing skills, commercial insight, and customer-centric approaches.
  • Continuously evaluate call effectiveness, sharing best practices and identifying opportunities to improve customer engagement and business impact.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Experience & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience within the Pharmaceutical or Healthcare industry, ideally in a virtual sales or telesales role.
  • A strong track record of sales success in customer-facing or virtual environments.
  • Experience using CRM platforms and scheduling tools is highly desirable.
  • ABPI qualified

Skills & Attributes:

  • Persuasive, engaging, and confident phone presence with excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to engage customers with a value-driven and brand-centric narrative.
  • Advanced objection-handling and closing capabilities.
  • Strong commercial acumen with sharp numerical and analytical skills.
  • Highly proactive with a solution-oriented mindset and a collaborative team player attitude.
  • Positive, resilient, and goal-focused with a passion for achieving targets and delivering results.
