We currently have a vacancy for a FLEET COORDINATOR with our internationally renowned logistics/transport client in Solihull, Birmingham, B92. Pay is based on a salary of £30,358.09 pa (£14.59ph).


Hours of work: 40 hours (0800-1600/0700-1500)


Days of work: Monday to Friday


Pay: paid hourly £14.59ph


Duties:

  1. Capturing vehicle for services / MOTs
  2. Ensure the fleet remains compliant and roadworthy
  3. Dealing with service providers
  4. Chasing and checking paperwork
  5. Booking in vehicle services and MOTs
  6. Data entry
  7. Following correct processes to audit standard

Required:

  • UK Road Haulage experience (ideal candidate will have worked in a transport office environment)
  • May suit an experienced transport office clerk looking to further their career
  • Computer Skills (Word/Excel)
  • Good Telephone Manner
  • Ability and willingness to work full-time hours
  • Access to transport or be able to commute to Solihull, Birmingham, B92
