Title: Director, Origination

Location: London

Salary: Open (based on experience).

Future_find are currently mandated by a growing fund - actively looking to deploy at least £1bn in the coming years after a recent fundraise - to recruit an Origination / Business Development professional.

We are looking for experienced originators in the UK Mid-Market, with experience of sourcing and executing deals that start at ticket sizes of c£60-70m+. Prior experience in subordinated debt or mezzanine finance is beneficial.

Our client is an entrepreneurial, dynamic, innovative lender. They are looking to hire an individual who is self-motivated and able to drive their own deal flow. This individual will have the support of an internal analyst and associate talent pool, but they will also still be expected to have full end-to-end input across the deals.

We are looking for professionals with prior debt transaction experience to companies with the following market focus: Alternative Finance, Specialist Lenders, Speciality Finance, Non-Bank Finance, NBFI, SME Finance providers, Mid-Market Lenders, Property Lenders, Asset Managers, Venture Capital, Small Credit Funds.
