Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Barber to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in barbering techniques and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Barber, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality haircuts, shaves, and other grooming services while ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere for clients.

Duties

1. Provide a range of barbering services, including haircuts, shaves, and styling.
2. Consult with clients to understand their grooming needs and preferences.
3. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work area and tools.
4. Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling and grooming techniques.
5. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service.
6. Communicate effectively with clients in English to ensure their satisfaction.
7. Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.

Requirements

1. Proven experience as a Barber or in a similar role within the grooming industry.
2. Proficient in various hair styling techniques and barbering skills.
3. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
4. A valid barbering licence or certification is preferred.
5. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
6. Excellent attention to detail and a passion for the craft of barbering.
7. Flexibility to work various shifts as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £60.00-£250.00 per day
