Qualifications

  • Experience in Goods Inward Inspection within a manufacturing environment.
  • Understanding of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing).

Responsibilities

  • Inspect incoming components for compliance with specifications.
  • Identify non-conformances and liaise with design for resolutions.
  • Maintain and update non-conformance reports.

Quality Inspector

Salary - Up to £28,000 p/a

Location -Watford, Herts

Working Hours - Monday to Friday (day shifts)

Job Type - Permanent

Are you an experienced Quality Inspector with a keen eye for detail? We are looking for a dedicated professional to join our team, ensuring that all incoming and outgoing components meet the highest industry standards.

Responsibilities of the Quality Inspector!

  • Inspect all incoming component parts to ensure compliance with design specifications and contractual requirements
  • Use handheld inspection equipment to assess parts accurately
  • Identify and record any non-conformances, liaising with the design department to resolve issues
  • Ensure defective items are properly controlled and segregated from approved products
  • Work closely with operations teams to provide feedback and maintain compliance with industry standards
  • Maintain and update non-conformance reports

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience in Goods Inward Inspection within a manufacturing environment
