More about the day to day:

• The role involves a large client focus where you’d be expected to investigate cases at pre-litigation stage.
• You will collect evidence and support principal fee earners in case preparation.
• You will manage a variety of complex, specialised cases related to RTA files.
• Given the sensitive nature of these cases, you are expected to approach them with care, sensitivity and empathy.

You will:

• Prepare and draft a variety of legal documents.
• Take statements from witnesses.
• Investigate claims.
• Review medical records.

Do you have previous experience in general or specialised personal injury law, civil litigation or come from a commercial litigation background?
