Are you passionate about creating engaging digital content? We are seeking an IT Training Digital Content Creator based in Birmingham to join the IT Training team. This role is integral to designing and producing high-quality IT learning content for end-users, supporting the entire firm.

The Role

The IT Training Digital Content Creator will:

• Design and produce high-quality, online learning content
• Develop guided eLearning modules with integrated testing
• Collaborate with stakeholders and team members
• Manage and maintain organised storage of online content
• Keep learning materials current and identify opportunities for improvement
• Promote IT Training across the firm to enhance engagement

The Candidate

The ideal IT Training Digital Content Creator will have:

• Proven experience in designing and producing instructional design content
• Knowledge of current trends in online learning production
• Aptitude in using software like Articulate Storyline, Camtasia, or Captivate
• Excellent IT skills and a good command of the English language
• Experience in a legal environment or IT Training team is beneficial
• Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills
