We are seeking a Brand Marketing Manager to join our UK team, coming from a creative or brand marketing background, preferably in the startup world. The ideal candidate will have proven hustle, creativity, and a passion for building and activating brands in competitive markets.

The Job:

  • Develop and execute marketing activation strategies to drive awareness and engagement with the Atlys brand in the UK market.
  • Collaborate with the product and growth teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
  • Build partnerships with travel, lifestyle, and community brands to amplify Atlys' reach.
  • Create and manage marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, offline, and social media.
  • Analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies to maximize ROI.
  • Innovate and experiment with creative ideas to stand out in the travel and tech space.
  • Act as the brand custodian, ensuring consistent messaging and tone across all platforms.

The ideal candidate:

  • 5+ years of experience in creative or brand marketing, preferably with exposure to startups or fast-paced environments.
  • Demonstrated success in planning and executing marketing campaigns with measurable outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills with the ability to craft compelling narratives.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Proven ability to thrive in an ambiguous and dynamic work environment.
  • Passion for travel and understanding of the travel industry is a plus.
