The Senior Marketing Manager Role:

They welcome over 3 million annual visitors to share their unique combination of cultural events, the creative industries and history. It is a mix that informs and powers their programme and their organisational culture, making them a singular, compelling and inclusive place to visit and work.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Marketing Manager to join the UK’s largest creative community of artists and home of cultural innovation. You will work with the Head of Marketing & Audiences to lead and execute our client's marketing strategies, driving brand growth and business performance. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in creating and implementing successful marketing campaigns across multiple channels both online and offline, managing budgets, and leading a team.

Key Responsibilities of the Senior Marketing Manager:

  1. Develop and implement audience-first marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, market share, and revenue growth with both our existing audiences and prospective growth audiences.
  2. Identify and monitor full funnel marketing mix strategies to build integrated, engaging consumer-first brand experiences that grow our client's market share.
  3. Plan multi-channel marketing campaigns for their events calendar and key moments across digital, email, content, and traditional media.
  4. Lead and mentor a small team of marketers in a way that balances creativity and effectiveness.
  5. Analyse market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
  6. Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, using data to refine strategies and improve ROI.
  7. Ensure all of the creative and content teams are fully onboarded to strategies so that all of our content supports who we are trying to be as a brand.
  8. Manage and report on marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to achieve maximum impact.
  9. Build and maintain relationships with external partners, such as agencies, vendors, and media outlets, to amplify marketing efforts.

The Ideal Senior Marketing Manager Will Have:

  • Mid-Senior level experience
  • Full-time availability
  • Experience in Marketing within Non-profit Organizations
