Location: Hertfordshire Area | Hybrid (3 Days On-Site)
Salary: Competitive + Overtime Eligibility + Long-Term Program Stability

About the Role

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced ERP Procurement & Supply Chain Specialist with SAP ECC6 expertise and exposure to S/4HANA to support a major global transformation program. This role will play a key part in standardising procurement and supply chain processes across multiple countries, ensuring best-practice adoption in SAP S/4HANA.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the transition from SAP ECC6 to SAP S/4HANA, ensuring a smooth adoption process.
  • Work at a group level, collaborating with teams in the UK, Italy, and other regions to define and enhance procurement and supply chain processes.
  • Act as a business partner, working closely with stakeholders to understand current workflows, identify gaps, and develop future-state solutions.
  • Focus on Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Purchase Requisitions, Purchase Orders, Goods Receiving, Invoice Verification, and Master Data (Materials Master).
  • Assist in training, user adoption, and implementation of best practices for SAP modules.

Requirements

  • Strong experience with SAP ECC6 (must be able to articulate module knowledge, not just transactions).
  • Exposure to SAP S/4HANA and an understanding of key differences and improvements.
  • Hands-on functional experience in procurement and supply chain processes.
  • Ability to work across multiple business units and align stakeholders on best practices.
  • A problem-solving mindset, able to guide teams through process improvements and ERP transitions.
  • Previous experience in large-scale ERP projects is beneficial but not essential.

Why Apply?

  • Be part of a global transformation program with a multi-year roadmap.
  • Long-term stability in a high-impact role within a business-aligned SAP team.
  • Opportunity to shape best practices and drive process improvements.
  • Hybrid working (3 days on-site) in an accessible Hertfordshire location.
  • Competitive salary with overtime eligibility, offering strong earning potential.
  • High Bonus scheme
