Communications Lead

We seek a Communications Lead to work within the Aerospace sector in Belfast.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

1. Need a hands-on comms candidate who has extensive change comms experience.
2. Able to build out comms and mobilise a contract.
3. Supporting an Mergers and Acquisitions communications process.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS / PROVEN ABILITY

1. Proven ability in communications (internal, external, community relationship).
2. Ideally have Mergers & Acquisitions comms environment, transformation and change ability.
3. Comms plan definition and execution.
4. Strategic thinking while able to act and implement quickly.
5. Ability to connect easily to different stakeholders across functions and divisions.
6. Excellent writing skills and content creation skills.
7. Understanding of media and ability to engage effectively with them.
8. Understanding of community relations and ability to engage effectively with a wide range of neighbours.
9. Understanding of internal communications channels and ability to effectively engage with colleagues from across the business.
