Data Center Operations Cluster Manager, HKG Infrastructure Operations

AWS Infrastructure Services owns the design, planning, delivery, and operation of all AWS global infrastructure. In other words, we’re the people who keep the cloud running. We support all AWS data centers and all of the servers, storage, networking, power, and cooling equipment that ensure our customers have continual access to the innovation they rely on. Minimum Qualifications
  1. Minimum 5 years of people management experience with direct reports as their performance manager
  2. In-depth knowledge and experience of change, problem and incident management, literacy in security and customer data protection
  3. Demonstrated communication skill in presentation, open discussion, team coaching
  4. Financial understanding in annual budgeting, Capex and Opex concepts
  5. Project Management skill
Preferred Qualifications
  1. Knowledge of data center MEP Infrastructure: Power, Cooling & Facilities Management
  2. In-depth knowledge on data center operations, processes and continuous processes improvement
  3. Experience in data center Safety and Security measures
  4. Knowledge of data center server capacity planning
  5. ITIL Foundation, PMP, Lean, Six Sigma and/or Risk related certifications
  6. Data Center related certification - CDCP/S/E, CDCMP/TP
  7. Linux certification and/or administration experience - RHCSA/RHCE, LPIC, Linux+
