We are seeking a hands-on, highly motivated person to be the new Branch Manager at our Drury Branch.

In this role you’ll have full autonomy to manage the Branch end to end, driving sales and business performance, managing inventory levels, building exceptional relationships with our customer base as well as coaching, supporting, and managing your team to be the best in the industry.

We are looking for an individual who is up-beat, forward-thinking, and consistently works towards the objectives of our business.

Reporting to the Area Manager, the Branch Manager will be responsible for:

• Leading, motivating, and developing your team.
• Building strong relationships with customers and suppliers to ensure continued market leadership.
• Ensuring a high standard of customer service is delivered daily by you and your team.
• Providing leadership in sales activities and ensuring the sales team achieve their agreed objectives and sales targets.
• Growing our market share and ensuring the Branch is highly competitive and attractive in the market.
• Monitoring and managing operating costs and sales targets.

Skills and experience requirements:

• Experience leading a team in either a retail or B2B sales environment.
• Natural leader with the ability to motivate, coach and inspire your team to succeed.
• Exceptional communication skills (oral and written) and organisational abilities.
• Sales and/or relationship management experience with strong business and commercial acumen.
• A sound knowledge of wholesaling or the electrical industry is essential.
