The Third Party Supplier Risk Analyst will support the Third-Party Supplier Risk Manager to develop and embed our supplier governance framework and policies. This includes taking ownership of all suppliers' due diligence processes, the supplier on-boarding process, pre and post contract due diligence, the maintenance of supplier records and providing regular and timely reporting and insights on Schroders' supply chain. This includes but is not limited to contract data, contract ownership and contacts, supplier risk information such as information security, modern slavery, financial crime, credit risk etc. This will involve ensuring compliance with policies, and regular engagement with colleagues and stakeholders around the organisation.
You'll be a strong communicator capable of engaging and supporting internal clients/stakeholders through essential due diligence operational processes. You will be articulate when engaging stakeholders with a willingness to provide a service whilst recognising the key control role they play in mitigating supply chain risk.
You'll be enthusiastic, curious, keen to learn and constantly seeking to improve process and service offering; a flexible, adaptable attitude is more important than prior experience in finance.
