Role Overview:

We’re looking for a Content Specialist to join our team, who will be focused on producing effective content for our audiences. You will be responsible for creating content across a variety of media that showcases the ease and value of Exactly.

This role will work closely with multiple teams and stakeholders to build out content to serve these audiences. This will include collaborating with Product Marketing Managers and Growth Strategists to strategise, create and deploy content. This content could include various outputs such as onboarding tutorials, how-to videos, lifecycle emails, landing pages, UGC and social media videos, display and paid social ad creative, and messaging and marketing copy for multi-channel campaigns.

The successful candidate will be an all-rounder, with the ability to craft creative and engaging learning content, effectively collaborate with key stakeholders and brief in creative teams for content production, as well as having great time management skills and a can-do attitude.

You might be the right fit if you possess:

• Proficiency in guiding the messaging strategy, managing creative briefs, and coordinating with creative teams on multi-channel campaigns.
• The ability to produce diverse content forms, showcasing excellent writing and content creation capabilities for educational videos, onboarding materials, email campaigns, website landing pages, social media shorts, user-generated content, marketing initiatives, and more as needed.
• The skill to simplify complex subjects, demonstrating systematic thought in the creation of branded content that resonates.
• Decision-making skills with the capacity to prioritize projects based on their impact, push projects to completion, and achieve both team and organizational objectives.
• A commitment to excellence, with a process-oriented approach, the capability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, maintain project timelines, and evaluate the success of initiatives.
• Previously worked in companies related to design, art, or creative industries.
• A bonus would be experience in a SaaS environment, especially in generating focused product content and leadership material.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement content ideas: Generating creative briefs, content ideas, and strategies to enhance Exactly’s messaging and communication efforts across multiple platforms
• Write and edit content for various channels, including blog posts, interviews, and email marketing
• Conduct interviews with prominent users of the product and prepare publications based on those interviews for social media channels and website
• Work closely with the marketing team to craft targeted campaign messages
• Proofread and edit content for clarity, grammar, and punctuation
• Ensure that all content aligns with brand standards and SEO strategies
• Provide and proofread copies for tutorials, onboarding, interfaces, and UX

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism or related field
• Proven experience as an Editor, Copywriter, or similar role
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills
• Knowledge of content management systems

Compensation:

• The salary for this role is determined based on the market benchmark and the candidate's years of experience.
• The work arrangement for this role is hybrid, with 3 days in the office
• Candidates from different locations are considered for this role, even though the company's headquarters and office are in London. If you are not based in London, you can work remotely for this role
• The role offers 25 days of holiday in addition to bank holidays
