Job Title: Graduate / Assistant Town Planner

Location: Manchester

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000

About the Role:
We are actively supporting a small, growing planning consultancy in Manchester who are looking for a Graduate or Assistant Town Planner to join their team of two. You'll work on a variety of projects, including commercial, residential, education, and local plans, gaining hands-on experience and exposure to all aspects of the planning process.

Responsibilities:

1. Assisting with planning applications and site appraisals
2. Preparing planning reports and documents
3. Supporting the team on a range of projects and client consultations
4. Conducting research into planning policies and regulations

Ideal Candidate:

1. Degree in Town Planning (or related field)
2. Some experience in planning ideal (through work or internships)
3. Strong communication skills
4. Proactive and eager to learn
5. Ability to work well in a small team
