This year we’re growing fast, and we are now looking for Barista/Cafe Assistants to join our team!

While speciality coffee experience is preferred, it’s not required. We can provide training.

What matters most is your positivity and passion for hospitality, a willingness to learn and get involved and hustle.

Full-time and part-time positions available. Weekend availability essential.

1. Hospitality mindset: Provide welcoming and warm hospitality, ensuring guests receive exemplary customer service even during busy periods.
2. Coffee Expertise: Consistently make excellent coffee (or demonstrate a strong dedication to learning and improving coffee-making skills).
3. Multi-Tasking: Efficiently handle multiple tasks, working effectively in all areas of the cafe including operating the coffee machine, serving customers, and assembling sandwiches.
4. Customer Awareness: Stay attentive to customers' needs and aware of the cafe environment, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience for everyone.
5. Operational Support: Get involved in all parts of the cafe, supporting various functions and maintaining high standards of quality and service.
