Qualifications

Job Description

The Job Mission

You will play a critical role in the Sizewell C (SZC) project, supporting the assessment and justification of civil engineering deliverables to ensure successful replication from Hinkley Point C (HPC). Managing key documentation and engineering sequences, you will be at the heart of civil coordination.

  • Ensure transversal coordination of SZC civil activities across multiple teams.
  • Adapt the Design Replication Justification Report (DRJR) process to the civil works sequence.
  • Develop and implement relevant templates to streamline processes.
  • Maintain consistency across all building designs and deliverables.
  • Produce replication statements for transverse documents.
  • Oversee the D2R2 tool, ensuring accurate document status and replication tracking.
My profile
  • Degree in Civil Engineering (Bachelor’s or Master’s).
  • Experience in reinforced concrete design within large infrastructure projects.
  • Strong understanding of civil engineering codes & standards.
  • Familiarity with Health & Safety regulations relevant to civil works.
  • Experience in the nuclear sector (highly advantageous).
  • Proficiency in Tekla for civil and structural design applications.
  • Knowledge of UK nuclear project civil design sequences.
  • Prior experience on the Hinkley Point C (HPC) project.
