Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor based in Rickmansworth. The Assistant Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for supporting the financial and contractual management of construction projects. Day-to-day tasks include cost control, preparing bills of quantities (BOQ), cost planning, cost management, and cost reporting. The role requires close collaboration with project managers and other team members to ensure projects are delivered within budget.

Qualifications

• Skills in Cost Control, Cost Management, and Cost Planning
• Experience with preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ)
• Proficiency in Cost Reporting
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Relevant experience in the construction industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
