Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced finisher to join our team on a housing construction site. The Finisher will be responsible for completing the final touches on residential homes, ensuring all work meets our high standards of quality and craft skills.

Responsibilities:

1. Perform finishing tasks such as drywall installation, painting, flooring, and trim work.
2. Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards and within project timelines.
3. Inspect finished work for quality and accuracy.
4. Address any issues or defects promptly and efficiently.
5. Completing snagging.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a finisher in residential construction.
2. Strong knowledge of finishing techniques and materials.
3. Own tools.
4. Handyman experience.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. Valid CSCS card.
