On behalf of NRS, we are looking for a Data Migration Specialist for a 24 Month contract based Hybrid in Bristol.

As a Data Migration Specialist, your main responsibilities will be to:

1. Design, modify, and verify data and application migration strategies including related control artefacts like data specifications, data requirements.
2. Design, modify, and verify technical architecture / solutions to support transition and transfer projects.
3. Experience involving IT, network, and cloud infrastructures.
4. Assess the business impact that certain technical choices have and inform various stakeholders about options and any issues with the current technical solutions being implemented.

Essential

1. Demonstrable experience solutioning projects focused on information & IT services transitions, including scenarios relatable to mergers and acquisitions.
2. Understanding of the complexities of information extraction, transformation, and load between independent systems/applications.
