Job description

A rare opportunity to work at the heart of one of the UK's most respected creative institutions. We're looking for a brilliant Executive Assistant to support a dynamic and high-profile Executive Director at a renowned centre of dramatic arts.

You'll need to be a confident communicator, experienced in dealing with senior stakeholders, board members, and VIPs. This role blends high-level EA work with not-for-profit governance support - so if you've got experience coordinating board meetings, taking minutes, managing comms, or liaising with Trustees, we want to hear from you.

This is a fast-paced, hands-on role for someone who thrives in a creative environment and knows how to manage a demanding schedule, prepare thoroughly for meetings (including background research and briefings), and keep everything (and everyone) running smoothly.

Arts, culture, or not-for-profit sector experience will be a big plus.

Perks include theatre tickets, wellbeing support, and a genuinely passionate team.
