A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a boutique financial services company based in central London. Our client, a specialist lending company, is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support the CEO and Chief of Staff, as well as manage a team of executive assistants across different teams. Due to the nature of the role, we are seeking candidates from a financial services background, with demonstrable experience of a high volume and fast-paced workload. Please note, this role is 5 days a week in the office.
Duties of the EA include:
Producing documentation, such as agendas and papers, and correspondence on behalf of the CEO.
Managing complex calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements for team members where necessary.
Managing a team of Executive Assistants, providing support and development opportunities. You will be responsible for monitoring performance and providing constructive feedback to team members.
Coordinating and scheduling private drivers for the CEO and assuming responsibility for any issues or concerns related to transportation service.
Acting as point of contact between CEO and stakeholders (internal and external).
Providing support in the monitoring of engagements, keeping on top of correspondence and replies, and accurately maintaining all records.
Requirements for the successful EA:
Previous experience working in an EA / PA role within a corporate sector.
Advanced knowledge of MS Office.
Strong organization and time-management skills, with excellent written English.
Ability to handle a high volume workload within a fast-paced environment. We are seeking candidates who are happy and confident working independently.
