EA to CEO - Asset Management

Job Description

A phenomenal role has come in working for one of the world's leading Asset Management firms for their CEO. A brilliant company to work for in gorgeous offices in the heart of central London, it is an opportunity for an EA at a senior level in boutique finance to work at the top for someone fantastic.

This role is to come in and support their charismatic, down to earth and ego-free CEO. A high-pressure though more traditionally focused role, the diary will move around a lot so will need someone adept at building relationships whilst rescheduling. You will be looking after the CEO's time, forward-thinking, and gatekeeping. They travel extensively, and working at board level you will be managing board packs, organizing offsites, events, and more, acting as their ambassador internally and externally.

I am looking for someone who has ideally worked in Asset Management before, though definitely in finance. The ideal candidate will be calm under pressure, warm in personality, and able to work at pace. Someone bright and a team player with enthusiasm who is looking for the next step in their career.
